Lunch News Story
My next assignment as a cinematographer was to group up and make a news story for BBA News. My Group consisted of Matt, Oscar, and myself and we made a news story about our lunch program. We knew the people we wanted to interview as soon as we had our idea. We met with Loni and Sarah who both run of lunch program to see if we could interview them. They agreed to be interviewed so we constructed an email with questions and sent it there way. I was the DP so I took control of where we were going to film and the angles we had. Once we filmed their interview we had to start our editing. I started our editing for us I took all the basic cuts outs and organized the clips the way it fit best. Then Oscar and Matt added our B-roll over our cuts. We also added our lower thirds and our film was finished.

Working with these two was fun and I also believe we came out with a good interview. I got to see what behind the scenes of a shoot looks like even though it was a small crew. Being off on our own and filming something not just for us but our school is cool and a fun process.
